Cleaning must be completed within your allotted rental period. If your evening event and tear-down go past midnight, there will be a $100 per hour charge.

If event center is left cleaned up and free of damage, this deposit will be returned to you.
The dance floor and sound system are setup at no additional charge. If you would like us to setup tables and chairs per your specifications the charge is $200.
This deposit is if you decide to bring in your own food, rather than using a licensed caterer. It will be returned less any cleaning fees.
