Closing Reception for Paintings by Rachel Cabral

From April 16th through May 28th, the Post Art Library presents surrealist portraits by local artist Rachel Cabral in Joplin Public Library's Bramlage & Willcoxon Foundation Gallery.

Rachel's artistic endeavors allow her to explore a spectrum of human emotion alongside her view of the world around her. Mostly, she paints women in the style of surrealism and loves it when people share their interpretations of her work. She's painted and drawn for as long as she can remember, citing her parents' support as invaluable in bolstering her love of the arts, which she shares with her own daughters.

The public is invited to the gallery for a FREE, all-ages closing reception on Thursday, May 28th, 5:30-6:30pm.
