The Joplin Emancipation Celebration Committee will be presenting the 2022 Annual Emancipation "Park Days" Celebration, August 5th - 7th at Ewert Park in Joplin, MO.
The purpose of Emancipation "Park Days" Celebration is to provide a cultural event that educates on African American freedom and achievement.
