Plein Air Painting Workshop! Autumn Splendor: Drawing & Painting Tress in the Carver Woodlands for Beginners-Saturday, November 9, 2019 (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.).

Park volunteer & retired Missouri Southern State University professor Dr. Carolyn M. Hale will conduct the workshop and teach participants to draw trees in the landscape similar to the experience of the George Washington Carver. This is not a come and go activity. Participants should be available the entire 3 hours. Class size is 20 guests for ages 13 to adults. All materials & supplies provided. The workshop is FREE of charge but registration is required. Please call the park at 417-325-4151 to hold a place. The workshop will start outside and finish in the visitor center.
